We leased a 5BR/3BA in Keller from them. John and Kim handled most details. What a great job they did! Any maintenance request was handled immediately. We had a water lak and I entered it on the app at 9:35 PM, figuring they'd see it in the morning. at 9:38 PM, John called and sent a text with the repair guy's name and number. One of the water heaters went out, they sent guys over and just flat out replaced them both, since they were near their expected lifespan. On move out, some of our furniture had scratched/rubbed the hardwood flooring and they withheld a fee from our deposit that was fair and reasonable. Every interaction we had with John and Kim was pleasant and professional. We could not have been more satisfied.

Ryan is a licensed real estate agent, property manager, and investor in Texas. He is very enthusiastic about real estate and thoroughly enjoys working with clients to help guide them in reaching their real estate goals. Ryan is also a former professional baseball player and current professional baseball scout. Ryan and his wife Claudia enjoy concerts, sporting events, and family time with their two kids.

Renee Foreman
Project Manager

Renee started her real estate career in Multifamily in her hometown of Dallas in 1990, and has played multiple roles within the real estate industry since.
After being recognized as Property Manager of the Year in 2012, she went on to pursue her passion for single family residential property management.
Renee loves spending time with her family, enjoys 80’s music, antiquing, and volunteering with a number of animal rescue organizations.

Dylan Warren
Assistant Property Manager

Dylan has been a Dallas/Fort worth resident for his entire life and has been dedicated to the study of real estate and property management throughout his college career. He is currently a student at the University of North Texas and will be graduating with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Real Estate. Dylan has experience with property management by looking after his family’s personal rental property. With experience in Non-Profit organizations he will bring an energetic and positive attitude with every task. He spends his weekends traveling and is an avid dirt biker for the past 10 years.
