Tim is the Broker/Owner of Assign Property Management, and runs The Nystrom Group.
Tim’s high-energy personality helps keep the team excited about helping our clients each and every day. He follows market trends and associates with other organizations in the real estate industry to assure that his team’s clients receive the most up-to-date information possible. His previous experience as a restaurant franchise owner has taught him how to delegate to ensure that The Nystrom Team’s clients are taken care of every step of the way during their real-estate transaction.
Tim and his wife Donna enjoy spending free time with their three children, and are passionate about traveling with his family and time backpacking in the mountains.
John Davis

John was raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and loves everything about the metroplex. He is a Real Estate Agent, and is passionate about real estate.
John grew up in an entrepreneurial family that has been invested in both residential and commercial real estate, which led to his passion to make it a career. He loves people and enjoys talking about how real estate can be a great long-term wealth creation for any person or family.
Ryan Dorsey

Ryan is a licensed real estate agent, property manager, and investor in Texas. He is very enthusiastic about real estate and thoroughly enjoys working with clients to help guide them in reaching their real estate goals. Ryan is also a former professional baseball player and current professional baseball scout. Ryan and his wife Claudia enjoy concerts, sporting events, and family time with their two kids.
Renee Foreman
Project Manager
Renee started her real estate career in Multifamily in her hometown of Dallas in 1990, and has played multiple roles within the real estate industry since.
After being recognized as Property Manager of the Year in 2012, she went on to pursue her passion for single family residential property management.
Renee loves spending time with her family, enjoys 80’s music, antiquing, and volunteering with a number of animal rescue organizations.
Dylan Warren
Assistant Property Manager
Dylan has been a Dallas/Fort worth resident for his entire life and has been dedicated to the study of real estate and property management throughout his college career. He is currently a student at the University of North Texas and will be graduating with a degree in Communications and a Minor in Real Estate. Dylan has experience with property management by looking after his family’s personal rental property. With experience in Non-Profit organizations he will bring an energetic and positive attitude with every task. He spends his weekends traveling and is an avid dirt biker for the past 10 years.
